The maturing regulatory environment in the Gulf’s property markets combined with the region’s increasing prominence in the world’s financial and real estate markets led Asteco to establish in June 2006 a dedicated Investment Agency Team to act for local, regional and international investors in investment and development transactions covering the UAE, the Gulf and internationally in primarily the office, retail, residential, industrial and hospitality sectors throughout the UAE, and Middle East.

Services include strategic investment analysis and advice for individual assets or a portfolio of properties, undertaking negotiations on behalf of clients and legal liaison to ensure transactions are completed within the agreed timelines.

Consultancy can range from advice to clients on enhancing value through reducing vacancy levels and maximising rental income, refurbishment or redevelopment of existing buildings together with market research to enable clients to review market trends against their properties’ performance and the appropriate exit strategy in line with the relevant real estate cycle.
